The website International Network for Democratic Theory Studies (www.indis.cn) was officially launched at the closing ceremony of the Second International Forum on Democracy: the Shared Human Values on March 23, 2023.

The website was jointly launched by Professor Zhen Zhanmin, a vice president of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and representatives of Chinese and foreign member units of the Global Think Tank Network for Democracy Studies.

International Network for Democratic Theory Studies is a portal website for democratic theory studies established for the purpose of building a platform for the international community to observe democracy, study democracy, and exchange and learn from each other’s experiences of democracy. It aims to become a global platform for publishing the latest theoretical research results, displaying theories and practices, and carrying out dialogues and exchanges in the field of democracy throughout the world.

The Second International Forum on Democracy: the Shared Human Values was sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Information Office of the State Council and organized by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China Media Group and China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration.
