China's government has issued a white paper outlining policies on the governance of Xizang Autonomous Region. Titled "CPC Policies on the Governance of Xizang in the New Era: Approach and Achievements," the white paper details the political, economic, cultural, ethnic, religious, social and ecological progress made in the region.
